Refund policy
We will accept returns and exchanges for 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. No refunds or exchanges will be granted after 30 days from your purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, newspapers, magazines or custom made items cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to us without approval.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Refunds (if applicable)
Please initiate all returns or exchanges by using the contact form on our Contact Us page. In the contact form message section, please note whether it's a return or exchange. Please include your order number and reason for returning or exchanging your item. We will contact you via email 1-2 business days, with any relevant instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will gladly accept the exchange of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship within the 30 day time limit. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return or exchange. If you need to exchange it for the same item, Contact Us and we will send you instructions and a label.

Shipping Charges
To return or exchange your product, we will provide you instructions with an address or a pre-paid label, depending on the circumstance. The price of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
In most cases, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipped an item in error, the shipping will be paid by Virginia Living Store.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you return an item, you will receive a refund for the item only.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Shipping Delays
In rare instances, items shipped may be delayed in transit by errors out of our control. We do not consider an order lost until it has been unaccounted for at least 30 days.
If you have not received an order that has been in the transit system for 30 days or longer, at your request we will cancel and refund your order.
